Many successful placements are the result of personal connections made through our network of industry contacts. When you refer someone new to The Cambridge Group, you can earn a reward after the individual is successfully placed:

$1250 for the first referral
$1800 for the second referral
$2500 for the third and all subsequent referrals

In order to qualify, candidate referred must:

Be successfully placed by The Cambridge Group and complete a full-time contract assignment of at least six (6) continuous months of full time work
Be new to our database, and not already represented by anyone at The Cambridge Group at time of referral

Candidates referred do not have to be placed immediately in order for the fee to apply. Receive your referral fee after six months of successful placement are complete. Contact us to today to discuss how you can participate.
