We do this through a proven six-step process.
Step 1: Clear understanding of Client needs and Culture
- Concise understanding of client's business culture and needs.
- In-depth understanding of the position, responsibilities, reporting structure and compensation.
- Develop a targeted plan for securing appropriate candidates.
- Review plan with client for approval.
Step 2: Identify and Evaluate Candidates
- Using our proprietary database and our network, we source and identify prospective candidates.
- Contact, assess, screen and evaluate potential candidates.
- Review the profiles of appropriate candidates with client.
Step 3: Interviews
- Arrange client interviews with qualified candidates.
- Obtain feedback from client and candidates.
- Identify candidates for follow up interviews.
- Continue to source.
Step 4: Follow up and preclosing
- Arrange follow up and final interviews between client and candidates.
- Negotiate salary and benefits
- Cover any outstanding issues.
Step 5: Selection
- Work closely with our client to secure the appropriate candidate.
- Conduct final negotiations and secure an acceptance.
- We work with the new hire through the resignation.
Step 6: Follow up and transition
- Ensure a smooth transition into the new environment
- Confirm client satisfaction with the selection
- Act as a liaison throughout the transition period.
